Did anyone else find it weird that the Mac/Windows was specifically called out. Has a specific brand/manufacturer ever been named before?
I remember brand analogues, like GameSation, and Ai seems to have an iPhone but this chapter really stood out for me.

this is crazy.why would she protect her STEP-SON who is threatning to be the prsident?
why no one notices that he is step son not biological son?
now i noticed one thing .the son was hungry and it was anticipated that he would it something with his hand . Baumkuchen just come by a coincidence. since the persons who brought could not have done the murder#2 .
this also means that poison was on fingers.

Very rarely does Gosho call in brands. Whether it'll factor into the trick remains to be seen, but I think mostly everyone that's followed the series for all this time caught it.

Just realize that I mean to post those in "The most convoluted theories you can come up with!" but end up here.

I missed that part when I first skimmed the chapter.Jd- wrote: Very rarely does Gosho call in brands. Whether it'll factor into the trick remains to be seen, but I think mostly everyone that's followed the series for all this time caught it.
My theory:
She laced one of the keys with poison, preferably one for which you use your thumb. That's why she's refusing to use her husbands PC.

So the space bar. Because that's the only one you should be using your thumb for at all if you use any sort of proper typing technique. Even then, it's not required.Dus wrote: preferably one for which you use your thumb

Well, it could be the alt/ctrl keys, but space bar is the safest bet, yeah.GinRei wrote:So the space bar. I bet that the culprit it's the secretary or the senior manage director

The mouse would work too. Since nowadays you use the mouse for 100% when turning on the PC and do something. I think it's more likely that the mouse was poisoned. To move the mouse around you need to use your thumb for sure too.Dus wrote:Well, it could be the alt/ctrl keys, but space bar is the safest bet, yeah.GinRei wrote:So the space bar. And the wife, if she just should have checked some files, she wouldn't need to use the keyboard either and could avoid the poisoned spot.

You don't really operate the mouse with your thumb though. And it had to be the thumb because of his habit of licking his finger. There aren't many things you'd usually touch with your thumg.

Even if it's more probable that, if this theory is true, the poison would be in the keyboard, you do press the thumb against the left side of the mouse. Still, we must also consider if she used to use the touch pad (most window users, me included, can't live without a right and left buttons on their mouses or similar). I really don't have an solkid theories now, just pure random speculation so I'm going with the flow

You don't use your mouse to hold and push it around? O.o"Dus wrote: You don't really operate the mouse with your thumb though. And it had to be the thumb because of his habit of licking his finger. There aren't many things you'd usually touch with your thumg.
How do you use the mouse then? D:
(of course you don't click with the thumb, besides the 4th mouse button if you have that on your mouse)

No, I don't use a mouse to use my mouse. Unfortunately, I don't have one here, but I thinkmy thumb barely touches the side of the mouse, if at all. Doesn't seem like a safe bet.
