Conan's party may go to president's villa to investigate next day in File 783 which is currently investigated by Nagano Prefecture Police. Speaking of Nagano Prefecture Police, it's reminded me of Inspector Yamato who have met Heiji once.

However, president's villa is located at Karuizawa, Karuizawa is in charged by Gunma Prefecture Police, then Inspector Yamamura is in charged of this case, furthermore this case kinda like ghost story which Yamamura always appear mostly. If Sera tagged with Conan, what will Yamamura react when seeing Sera, mistaking Sera as a boy like Jodie do, then Sera explained about her chest again.

Could be the housekeeper girl be the second victim? The wife is definitely suspicious, but... it would be too simple.

I agree about the wife being suspicious, especially when she was giving the orders to the house keeper about her husband's body. May be she wanted to protect the person who did it.

She is very adorable. When I first saw her I was like "Aw..." I'm pretty sure Gosho's going to make her know something vital to figuring out the crime, but she's not going to be the murderer or murdered. She's just one of those characters I can't see Gosho giving the death penalty/guilty penalty.

Also:

anyone find it strange that the wife is licking her thumb as she turn the pages of a magazine??

its probably a hint from gosho....

Easy solution.

The wife killed her husband because she loves mac and the husband used a pc. Then the son also started to use PC instead of a mac and he had to die too because of that.

housekeeper seems to be a key to this case... somehow reminds me of the goth loli case where the culprit moved the questions away from the keypoints ...
as to why she cares about the son... a cook always cares about their frequent eaters (especially eating machines)

this is my deduction on the basis of file 781 and 782

1)housekeeper is not the murderer
housekeeper was only one to confirm existance of president's dying message
murderer who destroyed message would not tell it ,and definitely not try to convince that it existed

2)sender (of letter to heiji) realised the trick of destroying dying message. and wanted to give clue to heiji .
the message probably means that the murderer#1(of president) is not outsider who become invisible but an insider
"i am a distorted existance created by ....(i forgot) meeting me is dream which cannot be realised" without a second thought it definitly means that the criminal ,who according to police was a robber , is just imagined by them and cannot be found.since real criminal is in the house

3) poison was on 2nd victim's hand
it is an easy deduction. poison was found in baumkuchen so either culprit put it there (standard case) or victim put it there(revolving sushi case) .first case cannot be generalised unless criminal was the lucky kinta( of Tantei Gakuen Q / Detective Academy Q) which is not the case like in the sushi case. so victim put it there.since the person with high ambition would not suicide so culprit put poison on victim's hand

4)reducing number of suspects:- final suspects are the wife and secratory

since poison was on victim's fingers it is impossible for manging director or designer to do it.
maid was out so her possibility of being murderer is very low

these were deductions  now theory

when housekeeper  found body ,wife came made her go then either she destroyed or she went to call ambulance and criminal came and destroyed the DM .but possibilty of wife being culprit is 8/10
however sender of letter realised the trick and performed it thinking heiji might realise it and catch culprit.
but  heiji could not know the solution due to work on house. son also realised the trick an strarted blackmailing criminal to become president.
criminal saw him as a threat and eliminated him .
according to this it is certain that murderer is same in both cases and is the wife

more deduction when next file come out

Random theory: The son kill his father, the mother know who and try to cover it to protect him, but had to kill him and take the blame for herself.

"Damn it, I must protect my son, or he'll go to prison. I know what to do - I'll just kill him, then the police will think I killed my husband as well!"
