Fake name? Akai Shuichi or Sera Masumi

Yeah, I think that Sera being Akai's sister is a lot more likely than being his daughter, I mean, Akai's about 27 or somewhere close to it and Sera's 16 or 17 if she's in Ran's year at school.

Really, you think sister? I thought daughter. It would be pretty comforting to Jodie, I think, to have someone around who is Shuu's actual flesh and blood. But who knows? I think they're definitely related.

There's a reason Gosho used those words. It wasn't incidental. Even though no doubt James was referring to his own eyes, I think Gosho was trying to steer us, the readers, to look at Sera's eyes. When we finally figure out who Sera is, all the hints and breadcrumbs dropped along the way will be obvious. I think this was supposed to be one of those clues, and a pretty heavy handed one at that. Are we close to finding out the truth?

Regardless of who she really is, James definitely knows. I think we can all agree on that.

Actually this was the message I was trying to convey with this quote:

Look at the last few pages of the most recent manga chapter release: chapter 780, page 14 to be more specific.  James Black-- "It took a lot of work to cultivate such eyes, you know..." So even a character in Detective Conan has pointed out that there is something special about Sera's eyes just as someone has said something about Shuuichi's eyes. It may not have been the same thing but it still points out the fact that the eyes are very unique and places focus on them. As for the cheekbones it may just be that the eyes might have been a better indicator of their similarity than the cheekbones. It may just be that both the similar eyes and cheekbones together might have made Sera look really unattractive.

But I wound up not wording things correctly and what I said gave the wrong message.  :(

moro means Vulnerable , Fragile
boshi means hat or star .. of thumb

So Moroboshi would mean Fragile Star (or Fragile Hat)

dai means large , big ..

I expect Sera Masumi is going to be the fake name. (It was in the MSG anime.) I would like to add the caveat that Sera Masumi may be a witness protection name and thus not something Sera came up with herself. Since witness protection programs actually encourage the people to keep the same name initials to aid in remembering the new name, although the last name is different, Sera Masumi may be Akai M-something. (Any guesses?) Akai Shuuichi may be fake as well (a double fake), but I doubt it somewhat because Char's real name Casval Rem Deikun was already used in the formation of Akai's fake Black Org name, Moroboshi Dai, and in Okiya Subaru as well.

Is that so? (Regarding the witness protection program). Although I suppose that is true for Jodie, in some ways. There seems to be some inconsistency as to whether Jodie actually accepted the witness protection program or not--likely not. She likely was just adopted, thus going by Jodie Saintemillion and Jodie Starling.

Akai (Char Aznable) and Camel (Lieutenant Dren) were both pure antagonists in the original Mobile Suit Gundam. Sayla Mass (Sera Masumi) was a pure protagonist. I don't think this means Sera is going to be bad though, because she is sure not being set up that way. That said, Bourbon should get named after Amuro Ray, the main protagonist, because it would be fitting considering the rivalry between him and Char (Akai).
