And when exactly did that happen?
I think it is the case about Tokyo Spirit vs Big Osaka's match and the culprit has grudge against Nichiuri TV. A case where Ai blabbing about someone who's playing with time flow will get punished.

The flow of time thing came much later in the series. That case was only like Haibara's third case (130-131). But you didn't answer the question. When was there a time that Haibara "calmed Conan down"?
As I recall, it's when Conan watching the video of the match and stadium stands at Nichiuri TV studio in panic because he can't find the culprit, then Ai tell him to calm down with her calm voice while keep watching the video to find the culprit. Conan calm down and then he realize who's the culprit.
Found the manga page, and you were correct about the time thing in there.
But about the later thing, no - from what I see, she doesn't calm him down, even distracting him for a moment from the thing with her odd statement. Conan solved the mystery there because of the Detective Boys, not because of Haibara.

Oh well, that's the impression that I got when I watch the anime. Conan calmed down after Ai told him to calm down and she blabbed about the time thing. He realized the culprit after he calmed down.
Even if it is distraction, she made Conan calmed down.
