Y'know, I'm wondering what Sera was looking at in that picture. Maybe it's a hint that she was indeed eavesdropping on Heiji and Conan?

Then we would have this scenario:

He's got a secret rendezvous with Agasa, but he might also be Bourbon, who missed Conan and is taking them along on a trip to a competition because Kazuha really missed Ran and he got some BO info out of a case (not that Bourbon wouldn't have BO info anyway).  This is all hinging on Agasa being Anokata, though.

Also: that would be the best case evar.

I doubt he has much BO info because he doesn't know about Sera's susness...
However, if a BO plot is starting, then Heiji might actually have some..

I chose other.  Heiji is Vermouth.  Kazuha is Bourbon, and both are there to investigate Sera who is actually an escaped project from the BO's science lab. That's is why she is breastless. =P

I think Heiji having BO info is even less likely than him having a case in his hands, he wouldn't wait that much to tell him.
