Well now that I think about it, you're right, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't hide her secret identity and crimes from the police. Still, that'd make him a hypocrite since he's hiding all that stuff now because he still needs her for the antidote.
If she stay in Ai Haibara I think she need some a new birth certificate .
Impossible to tell Conan about her crimes in police. (But thanks for this. You gave me some idea for my story ) Remember her sister. She told her that " stop making a drugs, go outside and get some Boy Friend" . That means its not too late for her to change her life....
Besides, Her identity is hidden, so its difficult to found or they already gone..
