You know, the crimes she was forced to commit may stay a secret forever if she decides to stay in a child's form with her new identity. I don't think Conan is gonna tell the police about her.
Hey,nice to see you come back again!
However,I think that the sense of justice of Conan is too strong for him to let anyone commit a crime that is close to him go...
Just like at one moment when Conan said if Agasa commit a crime, and he will treat him as any other criminal - pay for its crimes.
Thanks! ^^
Well now that I think about it, you're right, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't hide her secret identity and crimes from the police. Still, that'd make him a hypocrite since he's hiding all that stuff now because he still needs her for the antidote.

I think BO forced her to work for them using her sister's life as a threat.
When her sister died, she refuses to work anymore even if she would die because of that.
If she doesn't have a sister, maybe she already killed herself long time ago.
Before justice ask her crime, she has the right to ask justice first, where justice have been all this time when BO forced her worked for them and killed her sister.
Actually, she refused to work because they didn't give her a reason for the death of her sister.
Well, justice should take care of the BO at the end as well. The members should be judged for their crimes, and that includes Haibara.

Even if she is a major help in their capture?
I guess that could serve as an extenuating circumstance.
