In a way, they are ^_^ KID (the current one) was the son the KID (EX) that taught Conan/Shinichi's mother... so in a away, they are brother ^_^

Though Conan would be "Already knows" considering how Yuusaku treated the previous KID... I think the relation will be the same between Shinichi and Current KID ^_^

But I think he'd shout the line above in his heart, without ruining his coolness in front of Kid--just glaring. And then, his father is the only thing that comes first in his head. He thinks, "W-was Yusaku ever cheating on Yukiko?"

I say he already knows. Even after just the first encounter, one the boat with the pearl, Kaito left enough clues so if Conan really wanted to go looking, he could figure it out. So I'm sure they each both know, but like everyone here has said, want to catch each other in a fair match. After that...

I think they would both make a deal of some kind like that. I don't think either of them would see it as unfair. It's a game to them, and sure they wouldn't want the game to end, but someday it just might. So either they make a deal where they they don't spoil each others secrets (ie, Conan blackmails Kaito, Kaito blackmails Conan) and continue making a "game" or one of them turns the other in.
