Is it just me or was this case really similar to the Mercedes one? I mean, strangling the victim by tugging on a fishing cord with the electronic window. It's just so... alike. =/

Well, there are A LOT A LOT A LOT things I didn't like in that case since file 646, many stupidities and unconsequences made by Gosho and I must say I really like this scene in 654 when Ran and Shinichi are holding each other hands. It's so cute!!! 
Too bad we didn't get any serious talk, romantic confession etc. Eh...that tiring Gosho's style...I will never get used to it and I will always be angry when he cut off nice moment between my favourite couple. I still have hope that Ran won't let it go and ask Shinichi about that deduction thing in next chapter through the phone. I guess, it seems like she KNOWS what Shinichi wanted to ask her about. If is that so, she shouldn't forget about it so soon.
Btw, I don't understand Japanese and Chinese, but judging by seeing the file, it seems like Ai made Ran sleep, then Shinichi carried her to Agasa's car and he turned by to Conan next to her, holding her hand tighly, so her couldn't wear a sweater. (besides, the pictures in the background are AWFUL, I hardly recognized Ran and Shinichi, Gosho didn't draw it distinct) It's sooo nonsense. How come Kogoro allowed Shinichi to carry Ran anywhere? Even if he did that, I'm sure he would want to stay with his daughter and wouldn't leave her alone (especially with Shinichi). Also, IT'S NOT POSSIBLE for Shinichi to carry Ran holding her hand. He had to have one hand holding her legs and one behind her back to bring her to Agasa's car, but it's impossible to do that if Ran holds his left hand. Shinichi would twisted her arm and make her hurt if he did that.
And, it's highly unlikely that Ran didn't find out Conan's sweater was cut and saw by pins. Please...what a weird idea...

Huh, well that wasn't so bad. 
I was expecting to be thoroughly disappointed and saddened by Ran's loss at a chance to talk to Shinichi. I'm glad I wasn't; it ended in a pretty cute way, too. I was fairly happy with this file, given that I didn't like this case (meaning Files 652+) all that much. I also like Ai's expression when she's holding up the stun-gun watch; she's so cute and cynical.
