Don't worry about it. Try to get the orders in early if possible.  If not... Well, it's only one day and night.

ATTENTION: Anything in red is either important or changed from the round 22 rules.  Notable changes:

4 APTX and it's lost even on successes?

that's far too little, considering that when that was the way APTX worked originally you got ~7 of them (and that number was STILL low enough that people continued to give out their roles during the game).

You might wanna consider upping that number or changing it back to keeping the APTX, the BO shouldn't have to use Sherry solely to get what they used to have, rendering her an "empty" role :V

Beginning of Prep Phase

After getting acquainted with some of your fellow travelers at the gate, a voice on the intercom announces the final boarding call for flight 4869 to Orlando International Airport.  Quickly, everyone in the party rushes on board, and the adventure begins.

--13 Hours and a Pitstop in Los Angeles Later--

11:30PM.  Within each room, everyone is doing something different: some are rereading the letter that they received a month earlier:

Dear [insert name here],

Thank you for your interest in our Midnight Magic Tour of the Walt Disney World theme parks!  On the night of April 7, 2011, you must meet in the Magic Kingdom at Town Hall by 11:50PM in order to start the tour promptly at midnight.  Have a wonderful stay at Walt Disney World!
