I've always been asking myself how do people get Raw episodes that quickly and put them on Youtube! I guess they're taping them from an internet TV, maybe... As for the screencaps I posted, I didn't took them myself, I was just looking around for the new opening in Google and found them in some Japanese website. xD

but even without the exact meaning you can tell the first scene means "loneliness" and then the pink happy field with those children means "joy" and the flowers will propably have a similar meaning

that could explain it, but the DCTP raws are always really high quality, compared to the ones people are now posting...are they really just recording it from an internet tv like keyhole?

The opening video that Jd- posted was recorded by me from the live KHTV web stream. I made it while the episode was still airing (so I had no other raw source to use), but SPIDER was slow to put it on youtube =P
The people that usually post the episodes on Youtube probably live in Japan and record the episodes themselves. Better quality raws can usually be found on Share or Perfect Dark (Japanese p2p programs), but those people usually aim for quality over speed (they usually take a few more hours, probably due to encoding a 720p video).
I listened again to the song in the better version and now it even irrates me more. Everyone is just banging on their instruments for no reason. I've seen this in live shows that the players are sometimes banging on their instruments in order to show some preformance or something like that, but since it's a record of the song, they should have played like humans real players, but no...
plus, my twin brother pointed out to me something about that country music crap in the middle. They are trying to develop the music and make a modulation (after hearing it again, he was correct) and they actually doing it in that no singing part, but when they come back to the singing, instead of staying in the same key which they just developed to, they are going back to the same key which they started in. That is unless my ears are playing tricks on me now, but I can't hear any difference in the singing from before the break and after it. So they probably didn't try to make a modulation after all.
Though if they really wanted to make modulation, it was much easier to repeat the chorus and change the key in one leading chord instead of making an odd country music break which didn't fit the song.
It's so annoying to try to analyze this song since there really isn't anything special about it even though I try to dig in more than what I usually do with J-pop. If there is some special musical element inside this song, they hid it pretty well.
I know j-pop is uaully a simple and easy music which people can like but still...
Though thinking about it from the players' point of view, they play like they are bored and maybe they really are. This music doesn't supply any challenge for any of the players and most of the time they just play the same chords (and just playing chords is really really boring...). If the music was more complicated then maybe the players would play like they care about the song...

You're right, DCTP's raw's are the best! That's why we love them! <3
Though, I think it's possible to find very good raws in the internet after a few days..
Some youtubers are having some great quality episodes and quickly available, like this one (especially if you click on the HQ button).

that always happens to me, I say I hate the new opening, then I turn out to like it...lmao its happened for almost every single one, except for Ai na Kurayama naka de (spelling? lolz)
I remember when I first started watching conan, i was like "this opening sucks!!" for nearly every episode that had a new opening

@Jd-: Hey, I liked Free Magic. I couldn't stand it at first, but it grew on me. The one that I simply cannot stand, though, is "GiriGiri Chop." I like B'z, but man that just sounded awful.
