But he'd dedicated to take down the BO to that extend that he risks his life. This would be a save possibility for him to have a good disguise. I think he would do it if he could.

The "he" I was referring to was Gosho, not Akai. ^^ But I bet Akai would do anything to keep fighting if he figured he was going to die anyway. The question would be where he'd have gotten the APTX.

What I doubt he would do is be all <3 with Ran and Conan, even in disguise. (Being the pink apron cooking gardener is one thing, but.)

kep in mind all of these assumptions are irrelevant if Akai does turn out to Okiya which I'm still not completely unconvinced of.

However if it were to come about that Okiya was Bourbon, then I could see this new broseph being Akai in disguise because I do agree that taking the APTX wouldn't be an issue for him if it meant taking the B.O

hehe i still think it would be hilarious if this was Vermouth in disguise. she embeds herself in their lives and then ten or twenty chpaters down the line BAM it's Vermouth

I dunno, I don't think he's Akai (unfortunately, I need more of him!!!)  Mostly because the APTX can't shrink everyone or else it never would have passed the lab tests.  Haibara said only a few of the rats shrunk, and I'm betting that has to do with age.  Akai would be too old, but now I'm getting off-topic.
Not gonna lie, I'm kinda leaning towards Eisuke.  Simply because of the whole androgyenus look going on.  The same, "Is that a guy or a girl?" puzzling that I had to do with both of them.
Also, Conan didn't introduce himself, did he?  Also, how did JKD know Conan likes mysteries???  Like, that he would say that it's a murder instead of screaming like the little boy he's supposed to be?

Iirc only one lab rat lived every other died, also it was tested on people before Shinichi and possibly after who all died as well.

But could Eisuke have learned jeet kun do in a month or however canon-long it's been since Clash? I don't think the clumsiness was a complete act, was it? So he probably didn't know it before.
