I reeeeaallllyyyy want it to be suicide. I'm pretty sure there's only been one of those.

I'm getting the feeling it's unintentional suicide, where whatever plan he had to survive the poisoning didn't work.Shuusgirl wrote: I reeeeaallllyyyy want it to be suicide. I'm pretty sure there's only been one of those.

Re: Ramen so Good (765-???)
Chopsticks being poisoned and the barbershop guy being the murderer still seems the most probably, since the culprit used his teeth to sever the two chopsticks. People don't usually do that afaik and the murder probably abused that habit. We've been down that road before.

I say it's a collab between the barbershop owner and the ramen shop owner. =P

Meh, usually the manger/shop owner makes the food, while the part-timers do the non-food-prep work. What else do you think he's doing behind the counter, eh?

Yep. That's what happens when you read/watch Conan too much. I ended up translating it. But trust me, this is the only case I've thought about, I mostly just read 'n' enjoy.CaseClosed101 wrote:WE HAVE ANOTHER COMMUNITY SCHOLOR IN OUR MIDISTmeonlyme1845 wrote: You know, I think it was murder.

i don't think the chopsticks were poisoned. probably have something to do with the flower vase he knocked over, which got the poison on his hands. the reminder of the poison was probably wiped away. The reason the barber passed the chopsticks is probably so that the shark won't contaminate the chopsticks while passing it. otherwise there will be too much evidence left behind.

It's probably going to be one of those "Where did the poison come form" case. Possible answers? Aforementioned chopsticks (barbershop guy), the flower pot (ramenager) and ramen itself (part-timer girl, yeah right). The truth is always some fourth option though... Voted for the barbershop manager, you know, the chopsticks.

Re: Ramen so Good (765-???)
He couldn't prevent others from using any of those chopsticks, correct. But keep this in mind: The shop isn't going all that well, it only had eight other customers that day. And it seems obvious that his habit of using his mouth to separate the chopsticks is of significance, since that is something out of the ordinary afaik. The chopsticks must have been laced with poison in a place you wouldn't normally touch when using them. And relying on him knocking the pot over is relying on luck way too much.meonlyme1845 wrote: You know, I think it was murder.
