Actually if I think about it again then it may be correct to assume that Haibara does have breasts. Because the drug shrank her. We can't be fully sure if it made her actually younger (although Haibara did say that the drug might turn you back to the state of a kid.). I assume Conan's nosebleeds, when he sees Ran naked, comes because of hormones, and a child wouldn't experrience such thing.

OR Haibara is just developed as was said before.

it seems to me like "doctor..." was all that he's saying, it's fairly common to just say people's name (or here, title) and just have the meaning implied

I would actually love this scenario. If this was that type of anime, then i would love it like this! And then in the end, he realizes there was a girl that loved him all along that really understood him. And he he can't believe it....I think things would be different without the BO. I also think it would be interesting to see Shiho and Ran meet each other and go to the same school. I often wonder how it will end up in the anime. Even though most people say Haibara will more than likely not go back to being Shiho, she often says no one can reverse time....I think, so she would more than likely become big again. And if she confesses to Shinichi, I wonder how he will react.....will he be shocked? Will he take her seriously? I know she has some feelings for him, but I wonder if she will tell him those feelings, or would she wait till she's near death to say it? You know those death scenes where they go "This is the way it is supposed to be. I always loved you, but I knew I could never be yours. So this is fine with me" And then she passes out dead....I can see that happening.

Wouldn't this just be Magic Kaitou? I don't follow the series but from the cameos in DC, it looks like there's a love triangle at Kaito's school involving a witch(?) that is similar to Haibara/Shiho.
Actually now that I think about it, it would be Magic Kaito since in the cameo, Aoko seemed to look up to Akako(?) but Akako is secretly trying to take Kaito from her.

Yeah it was the same voice actress.

About the Detective Conan Harem (though if Shinichi doesn't become conan it can't be really called detective conan) it can be a nice idea but nothing more than that because eventually all the Harems are ridicules. (4-6 girls fall in love with a guy for no good reason and then there are a lot of odd situations like the guy sees some of the girls naked and so on.
