Naw, I think the turning point was the Ran/Akemi-saving-Haibara scene - she hasn't done anything self-sacrificial since then, I believe. Then again, she hasn't done anything much at all since then either (until now-ish).

Ah, well she has. Her only examples of suicide where special moments where she felt there was nothing else or innocent people would get involved. She's never really done it for her own emotional pain.
