Hmmm.... I'd really like it if Haibara kill him XDDD, make it dramatic or something, because if Akai wants to kill him because of his girlfriend's death, then Haibara has a greater motive considering Akemi was her ONLY relative in the world at the time...
Yes, we all knows Haibara shooting skill. Not to mention Gin and Sherry unclear relationship... I mean it seemed like she knows him quite well too...
Maybe he'll try to kill himself after being cornered for bombing some entire area (hehe), then Haibara would take that gun (weapon) away and shoot him herself, and it's going to be awesome! Because recently she has gotten more bold.

It doesn`t have to be shinichi, due to the fact that Gin isn`t the final boss.
I`d say any one who has had any relationship with gin whatsoever.
As in akai, shiho, shinichi, jodie, etc.
No police, since they never had anything to do with the BO.
However, shinichi will be the one to fight the final boss.

I personally don't think that Gin's going to be killed by Shinichi, Akai or Haibara... Although Gin has killed Akemi, Akai and Haibara still understand that killing is not right (unless it's some kind of order or something). I think the one who should kill Gin is Vermouth. Why ?
1. She's a villain so it's "okay" for her to kill people
2. She understand him so well
3. Maybe Gin is trying to kill her "Angel" or "Cool guy", so she might kill him in order to protect them... (that's possible)

Even if Gin is a bad guy, he's not only that simply explained. He's more like a rival to all Detectives, also, his character is more like full of pride. I partially like him for that.
Shinichi will never kill him, as you all will know by now. He is a Detective. As he always say, he'd more love to put him in the cell. What about Haibara? She will hesitate in killing. Even if she pretends to he strong against threats, she's just a weak girl near the age of Shinichi and Ran. Klling is not part of her. Akai's character is more like that of shinichi's, so he'd not kill him, more like, 'half-kill' will be it. Akai would more likely kill Gin's pride. He know's Gin's only made up of the pride in him.
I'd say Vermouth or Jodi killing Gin would apropriate, if anyone else than himself is needed. Never forget that Jodi will do anything to protect people around him! If Shinichi does it by deduction, Jodi, even hesitate, will trigger the gun.

For fun again not really. Ai setups Gin to marry someone really FAT. it is an arranged marriage so Gin must marry this person. And then during the honeymoon, the bride sits on and crushes the groom. Gin pudding anyone?

2) Conan kicks a ball at him and he flies across the edge.
3) Vodka would trip and knock Gin of a building.
4) Haibara would shoot him in the face.
5) Agasa would run him over with his yellow death car.
6) Gosho makes one line that says: "Gin is dead." and means it.
7) Gosho decides to kill Gin himself.
8) Goku steps in and kills the BO.
9) Gin continues to live forever, then suddenly dies of a heart attack.
