I read the title as "bakudanhan no nerai". Translates as Bomber/Bomb planter's Aim...
Idk, I'm not that sure :P

This is the conclusion of the red shirts case, perhaps

Edit: It appears that it is not :P

So, thanks to Narya for the scans, there's more interesting things happening in this chapter. I find it interesting on how the red t-shirts are aligned to be the clue.

Roughly translated so not perfect. (Yeah, and I did make a mistake in one of my last translations.. Rawr.)

Page 8

Original
Ran: Nan nano kore?
Conan: Sakki Ran-nechan ga yatta mitai ni....Uea ni tsuiteta orime ni sotte otte mita dake dayo....
Ran: Demo, narabe temi ruto bukimi dayo ne?
Ran: Hora, Holmes no shousetsu ni deteki ta...
Conan: Odoru nindoyou?
Ran: Sou sou, ano angou mitai!
Conan: Dattara, kore mo angou kamo ne! Okurarete kita jun ni mizakara yonde miruto, kotoba ni natte tarishite...
SFX: GON!!

English
Ran: What is this?
Conan: As Ran-nechan did a little awhile ago... I just fold along the crease lines of the shirts.*
Ran: But in comparison, it's weird, right?
Ran: Look. The fictional Holmes came out with...
Conan: A dancing puppet?
Ran: That's right! It's similar to a password.
Conan: In that case, this may be the password! We should try to look at it from the right side in order to read the words...
SFX: BONK!!

*Corrected because of "wear". Mou, my English romaji skills stink with common sense! >_<

Trying to think how a password can lead to the mountain climbing accident. Or, maybe it's just a password on how to stop the bomb... Hmm...

Why not put the spoilers in the forums so that it can be discussed over?

Exactly what you should be thinking... Although, Kogorou took it another approach..  Every time I think of those dancing figures, I think of that scene of Korogou dancing them out in the next page. >D  Oh the horror!

Answer for the meaning of the shirts below. (Note: despoilered for easier searching as this case has passed)
It's really quite obvious what the shirts are representing if you have seen it before. It's semaphore - japanese style. Basically you have two flags and you hold them in various positions to represent letters. Japanese has a few flag positions that Roman alphabet based semaphores don't so you know which one is being used. Here are the japanese semaphore positions: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%89%8B%E6%97%97%E4%BF%A1%E5%8F%B7

I forgot they arranged the shirts right to left. So the message says ウメタノミタヨ (うめたのみたよ) which romanized becomes "umetanomitayo." I couldn't make much sense of that part though. Maybe it is an abbreviation or a name. Also the last part could be cut off if more shirts are coming.
I did some more looking and the first three kana are a word (verb?) for burial (埋める) the forth kana is "no" which is often used to indicate possessiveness. If I remember this correctly, in japanese, first word is the noun doing the possessing. while the second is the possessed down so perhaps "the burial's _____ "

Someone made a cute japanese semaphore flash so I thought I would share it: http://www.geocities.co.jp/MusicHall-Horn/9827/flash/tebata2.html

^ That's interesting. O.o  I've only seen those through Mario Party games with the waving of the white and red flags. Had no idea it really meant that. ウメタノミタヨ, eh? What's interesting is that they're all in katakana.
Spoiler:
According to that Wiki entry, under the "kana" section are the numbers:
ウ = 6→9
メ = 3→5
タ = 11→5
ノ = 3
ミ = 6→1
タ = 11→5
ヨ = 8→6

Now, it makes more sense for either ã

....or the numbers to be a code/hint/password (or unfinished if they're more shirts).
That's just the way the code was presented in the article. There isn't a different code for hiragana. Feel free to change it to hiragana if it makes it make more sense. Also the numbers may not mean anything. They are only being used to reference the positions listed above. They may not be standard.

You might want to put your response in a spoiler box so other people trying to solve the mystery on their own aren't spoiled by your reply.

Im quite sure that the sender of the Shirts is the cashier. Who else could buy those shirts every week at the same time? ... especially as the woman who sells has to go to her every time she sells something. No one else could have planned it. Furthermore Conan calls her with the name of the guy who died in the mountains. But I dont get the connection between the bomber and that accident in the mountains. Why would the bomber want to meet the cashier?

You'd like to see who is the one who tries to drive you crazy and sends hints about knowing what misdeeds you have done. Every criminal is afraid of being exposed.

1) The cashier? Isn't it the one who manages the register? I thought the cashier was the one who always brought the clothes to that woman who handles the register. Anyway just forget that, it's just a detail, we're talking about the same person after all.

2) Like Misztina already said, the bomber is probably the one who survived the accident in the mountains, and the killer of that other man (just theories of course, but it would be weird if we're not talking about a homicide here). It's very easy to make a murder look like an accident in the mountains. So now someone/the one who handlesthe register knows the truth and tries to make it known to the world, and the killer tries to find that person to silence her.

And the killer is probably the one with the "bombs" taped on his body, his story was already pretty weird in itself, and he's way too nosy (alright alright, I confess, I just think he's overly annoying and irritating and I'm really hoping it's him. If it's not him, will someone please punch him good for me? Arigatou gozaimasu).
