Ai-centric episodes (with pics)

I've been away from Conan for a long while, because I thought the plot wasn't going anywhere and it was driving me mad, but lately I found many fateful chapters in the manga...which gave me the feeling that Conan is about to be over. But that's merely speculation so I won't start a discussion about Conan's ending. 

What I want to know are all the episodes where Haibara is a main character. Not just some ConanxAi interactions, but the plot of the episode is mainly about her. Here's what I've watched,

129: "The Girl from the Black Organization and the University Professor Murder Case"


176-178: Meeting With the Black Organization Again

These are Haibara centric episodes. Though she was mostly silent in 230-231, but what she did in the end tells us a lot about her character.
There's an episode where an old man tries to kill Haibara and Ayumi, it takes place in a forest mansion. Can anyone tell me its title please (I'm thinking the Blue castle, is that right?)

I'll start a thread about other episodes that suggest the same thing.

well the whole story arc around 330-347 is really haibara based

a lot of memorable haibara scenes happens, like when conan and ai are in bed together, when ai gets sick, etc etc
