Akai Shuichi : Live or Dead? [ Theory ]

This would be my theory on shuichi being alive. I may be completely wrong, but its worth a try. Yes, its my first, well thought out theory, so i thought that i might give it a try.
Please, do not flame me if i dont get things 100% correct. People make mistakes, yaknow? ^^"

First, on this page, they meet each other and discuss something about them both being on the same page. But, the scene quickly turns, while (i believe) they are talking about their plan off screen.

Now, what does this say? "You amaze me kid."
Then, this proves absolutely that they have discusses something. But we aren`t sure what so far. Someone wouldn`t just say, " you amaze me kid " out of the blue, because they think they thought the same thing. No, when you think you have the same thing, you make sure you have your plan right &down.

They are entering Kir`s room after discussing about their "plan" or intention.
We can all guess, by now that their plan has something to do with Kir. Otherwise, they would`ve talked to Jodie by now.
However, they didn`t. Why? Because they dont want their plan to get out. That`s about as far as we can assume.

Now, another hint. This "live or die match." What is that referring to? Akai`s soon to come death. He then says, "are you willing to try?" Akai nods his head in agreement, as they both look at Kir, smirking.

There, i hope i made it obvious that their plan has to do with Kir, is that right? So, they could have,
1. Made arrangements with Kir, a plan of some sort.
2. Not tell Kir the details, but just tell her their intention, so she can help play along. They must have eliminated all the possibilities that Gin, could`ve ordered her to kill Akai, spill secrets, etc.
3. Not discuss about anything, but simply stand there and do nothing. ( Not likely )

So, i`ll have to go with the first option. Now, some questions you may have.

- But the fingerprints were the same as the person who died! There was another person who died that day, and that was the hospitalized guy, who faked a broken neck.
Now, conan gave him his phone, so he could touch it and put his finger prints on it. That body, could`ve been the same as the one in the car.

- But kir was looking in the car, and should`ve known that there was another body in it! There could be 2 solutions to this. One, the police didn`t state where exactly the body was. What if it was in the trunk? It was dark, and it could`ve also been in the backseat or whatever.

- Who the hell can switch a body in 5 seconds? Who said they switched bodies? It could`ve been in the back seat, trunk, front seat, etc. The police didn`t state where the body was found. What if the explosion caused it to fly out of the car? Etc etc.
Two, since Gin and Vodka were far away, and it was dark, they wouldn`t have noticed a body there. And it Kir was in on it? There you go.

- How could Akai get out in less than 5 seconds? Gosho can make flying soccerballs completely knock out a person. He can make a skaterboard go faster than a car. So we can`t he exaggerate on time?
- How do you know he switched bodies? As you know, dead bodies can`t move.

Not to mention his eye`s covered.
This could mean one of two things:
1. That`s a different body. Because dead people cant move.
2. Or maybe its not dead. Maybe that`s shuichi right there.

So why did he appear in public? He lost his memory. He wouldn`t know.
He still has his skills from shooting! If you lose your memory, you still know how to do things you`ve done before. It`s like lifting the cap off a pen. You didn`t learn it. You just know from the bottom of your heart.

So why aren`t Okiya &Akai the same person?
I really dont know what to say to this. Other than asuming that he lost his memory from the explosion, and the burn came from the explosion,
and i asume that Akai is the current one right now.
&Now that we have it proven that the fake or not fake Akai, is not Okiya because they both stood in the same room in different bodies.
Another thing that I believe akai can`t be Okiya, is because, bluntly for one reason, a man cannot notice small things while squinting, unless they naturally have tiny eyes.
Their jawlines are the same, however he doesn`t have certain features that Akai has.
One, akai has bags under his eyes. And two, akai couldn`t have gotten away from the explosion uninjured.

Anyway, that`s all i have to say. For the rebuttals, please think about the following things before you reply.
1. It was dark. Gosho can exaggerate on anything he would like to.
2. The time. In a world where you have super magical shoes, and you can turn into a child when you`re 50, why can`t there be any exaggerations on time? Etc.

Gin and Vodka were talking about how they "thought" akai was dead. However, they didn`t take the supposingly "fake" akai as bourbon. If he really was bourbon, they wouldn`t be worred about it. However Gin looked extremely startled that akai appeared, and immediantly ordered to talk to Kir.

unless bourbon does things on his own, we can asume from Gin`s reaction that he is not Bourbon.
I`m sure bourbon doesn`t do things on his own, considering that not much BO members get to do what they want WITHOUT telling Gin.

I'm not so sure about that statement. In movie 4, Ran forgot her karate until she got her memory back.. but that's just a movie, so it may be different in the manga/anime.

in the picture where kir shooted akai, the bullet seemed to pass right through his head....still, i believe that akai is alive.

Such as a bullet proof hat, pack of blood, etc as far as crazy things go. Considering that it may have been discussed or planned before hand almost anything is possible as far as theories go.

Akai is dead, and the man who looks like him is fake, furthermore, Okiya is not Akai.

Sadly, you can`t prove that. 

The live or die match. It hasn`t been revealed yet, what the outcome was.
Besides, conan wasn`t really bothered when he heard about akai`s "death."

But what startled him was when Genta &the other detective boys mentioned that they saw him.
Which, could`ve probably not been apart of their plan.

why would akai put a pack of blood in the back of his head? nobody (but the readers ) will see the blood.

And, i never said in the back. I said in the front. So when the gun shoots it, the pack will break, and fake blood will spill.

Kir, is she`s in on the plan ( as i explained above ) would pretend along.
