The ace of hearts is what Ran used to represent Shinichi in The Fourteenth Target. The ace of clubs I think mean death, so maybe it's a reference to the Shirigami case. The ace of damonds with Heiji... Probably represents that he's... strong? Oh who knows. The ace of clovers for Kaito is OBVIOUS, it stands for his name, Kuroba, a pun for the word Clover. (ask bluekaitou if you don't beleive me)
