I find it weird that she was lying dead perfectly on the bed. If she had been poisoned there wouldn't she have moved a bit and probably grasp her throat. For example in the gathering detectives case the guy who is poisoned by cyanide suffers a bit a grasps his neck as if it was burning. Why didn't she do anything like this?

She did but I assume the culprit moved her arms to a more normal pose is order to make her seem alive.

I find both the glasses girl and the glasses guy suspicious... The guy was rubbing his shoes and his excuse was his athlete's foot, but could it be that he was trying to scrape off something from the back of his shoes? And the glasses girl - she was crying a bit too much, her make up got ruined and she had to wipe it off - i wonder if there was something there that she needed to wipe off. Those 2 things seemed completely unnecessary in the storyline, so I'm thinking that one is a clue and the other is a red herring. (Or, both are clues? hm.)

I hope the breaks are for research, it can't be easy coming up with a file week after week. Maybe he's researching on international crime organisations so he can write a BO-related file! *still hopeful*

I suspect the girl because she generously explain why there're wound on the victim's mouth even no one ask or mention something relate to that. (And about crying thing that caribou point out too)

Since make-up is involve, I suspect a switch/Impersonate here. But it seem hard to pull off.

About motive, maybe the victim murder that guy died month ago (since Anna is the one suggest call the manager to open the door because she have a bad feeling about it in that case)

Changed my vote to Anna.
I blame Takagi, pointing out who little the body resembles her ID. Made me think this might be a blatant hint it's NOT Anna.
She is a very capable make-up artist and could easily pull it off. She has also cut her hair recently, in her ID and in the flashback we see her with long hair.
