Actually I'm not sure if the person is even dead, but I got impatient and just decided to get a poll going so case discussion can begin. Names, humor, and further details about whether the person is actually dead will be added when a translation is posted.

Okay, having now read the file, I shall give my non-smart ass response.

I believe the culprit is Hachiya Kiichi.  He brings up the dead former classmate, which just feels like a red flag.  Everyone had an opportunity to give her cyanide, assuming it was actually cyanide poisoning.  Furthermore, it looked as if he were the one who initiated the idea to scare, and escort as well, the girls into the haunted house.

I love the ending sentence "Is the overly grotesque manner of death a suicide ? Or...?". After 750+ chapters, I really do wonder.
