I love my sister more than anyone or anything right now
she came home with some epic waffles, it's pretty much waffles, pork, whipped cream, and hot fudge, which doesn't sound very good, but it's amazing

So... We went in to the apartment complex today to turn in the applications and stuff. Got everything filled out and she went ahead and ran the paperwork while we were there. We were approved and we go in tomorrow to sign the lease and can actually start moving in on Thursday.
It's not the original complex we wanted to live in, but rent is almost $100 less/month for only slightly less space and utilities are less expensive. We're actually getting a really good deal compared to the other places. Oh and rent for December? Will be $5 each.
So, I'm excited. Stressed and exhausted but excited.

@Ako: because they have something going on where if you talk to one of leasing agents and then apply within 24 hours they waive part of the first month's rent, and they had something else that waived another part of it, so the amount waived ended up being $10 less than the entire rent. So, $5 each for December. (Hard to explain when I don't have the paperwork in front me, sorry.) And we're moving in late enough in november that they're comping that. So that'll give us some extra money there.
