I'm here for the random/cryptic replies.
Chek is here to translate them. And then to take them and come up with the ULTIMATE THEORIEZ THAT MAKE AOYAMA CRY

Yeah, the reason I came over here was to read Chek's theories about Okiya and Akai and whatever. That's why I joined in the first place. His logic surpasses me.
Given an infinite universe and infinite time, all things will happen. That means that every event is inevitable, including those that are impossible.

The real moral of the story: Don't ever tell Xcomm it would be funny if he did something. (What would that have been, like, pulling a perpetual pofa? D:)

Seriously it is probably never a good idea to judge something before it's completed. Like you may have all these criticisms of the London arc, but BAM something comes along later on (MUCH later on) and you're like... GASP! I can't believe I didn't see that while I was ranting about how stupid this arc was and how unsatisfied it made me!

Same here actually. We love you, Chekhov-chan.CaseClosed101 wrote: Yeah, the reason I came over here was to read Chek's theories about Okiya and Akai and whatever. That's why I joined in the first place. His logic surpasses me.
(Despite the name, Chekhov is female)Anyway: While I may enjoy pointing out how much potential went to waste with this arc I also like to point out that we probably haven't seen the last of this whole business.
And it doesn't really matter which uni does or doesn't exist in the Conanverse, my point that Okiya will make another appearance still stands.

Makes sense.

We'll see. Even if there was one detail in the London arc, I still think the way it was executed was bad, not some of the contents of the story. Some codes they used was okay. If something becomes important later, I'll just eat my hat.Abs. wrote: Seriously it is probably never a good idea to judge something before it's completed. You know, the part where Conan knocked himself out was hilarious. Now he knows what it feels like to get hit in the head with an inflatable soccer ball. lol
