When there's ShinRan vs AiCon --> ShinRan gets more votes.

I would have guessed the Haibara poll would have been vs. Kaito Kid or Shinichi/Conan.

I wanted to use a lot of characters first before I repeat them. And Okiya and Haibara weren't in a poll yet, and somehow I thought Okiya would have a good chance against Haibara too.

Currently yes. However, one of those is a hot 18 year old scientist had a very important role for a while (at least mativation wise).
