Shinichi and Ran are way overdue for a kiss. Conan and Ran's underwater kiss/partial CPR doesn't really count.

Nonetheless, I still can't believe that Aoyama-sensei has made us wait for more than 10 years for an actual kiss.

Then again, Satou+Takagi might be a preview/tease for a Shinichi+Ran kiss... because didn't Conan say at the end of Ep 254 that Satou and Takagi reminded him of himself and Ran's relationship. I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that those two couples might be parallels.

I just watched this episode today.

Takagi always (okay, that's an exaggeration) makes me facepalm.  He's such a wuss.  I mean, seriously, he got a kiss by whining?!?!?!   If you're always getting interrupted, then stop letting Sato create all the opportunities!!!  Show some initiative, jesus.
