Okay, two things about the Black Organization that I'm wondering about...
1) After the "Meeting with the Black Organization Again" story arc, Conan began to ask Haibara in the car, "By any chance, when you were in the Organization, did you..." Does anyone know what that was about?
2) And what was supposed to come after the P.S. part in Akemi's text message to Akai??? (in the Clash of the Red and Black)

For the 1st question, no one know about that at all except Gosho himself.. 
That is a similar question like "What was the last sentence Elena said to haibara inside the tape given to her daughter ?"
Its been.. dunno, how many years was it ? I suspect that Gosho was forgetting about these

yeah, i believe its another tactic of gosho... to make DC more beautiful.. to leave questions in our minds.. hehe..
just take for example the first appearance of kaitou kid in ep.76.. Prof. Agasa told that this thief was doing his crime long time ago. but when conan saw kid, he was just a teen ager like him (shinichi). but in the ep.473 (young kudo shinichi's adventure), it reveals that kid's father was the original thief and then kid just continued the stealing job of his father.
as of now, just keep your question in your mind.. maybe it would be answered in the upcoming episodes.

I see him as the J.K. Rowling of the manga world (though I don't think DC sales are as high as HP). But the similarity I see in them rests mainly in the storytelling style. In my opinion, I think they both put in bits of information that readers may not mind at first, but then those pieces return later, and become important.

Conan noticed Gin was anticipating Haibara's actions pretty accurately.
