She could do that, and with that spoiler, makes me even more interested in movie 13, but still, when comparing the prints or asking the police to do so, what could she possibly say to get them to do so in the first place if a crime or anything isn't involved.  I just couldn't see the police going on ahead with something like that unless it was for a legitimate reason.

But knowing and proving are two different things.As for a reason for ran to "RUN' the fingerprints, All she needs to do is say her dad needs some help with a missing person case, and if the prints match then he can close the case. It is not necessary for Ran to say whose prints she looking for.

Okay, now I've seen enough to believe that Ran is either toying with the idea that Conan is Shin'ichi again or gone full shotacon. Showing off the new dress to Conan, while blushing, is a dead giveaway.

I don't know if she'd be sure enough to give blood yet (if she didn't already know that Conan's blood type were a match for Shin'ichi's, obviously). If she's that sure then she might not bother trying to get the fingerprints matched. That's kind of character regression, though. After the cell phone incident we were shown she needed to think and observe a bit before she even entertained the thought that he could be Shin'ichi. She also decided to look for proof rather than just remain content staying "sure" about it. I hope she's already found enough proof off scene to avoid being tricked again (heh, or is going to a psychiatrist about her repeated strong delusions about teens shrinking into children...)

I suppose it would be oddly appropriate in a way if the temp cure in Shiragami made her suspicious, when the temp cure originally was used to fool her. It'd also make Shiragami seem like it actually had a point besides to make all the characters idiots for the sake of the idiot plot and totally waste a Shin'ichi appearance.

It seems like Ran can't help it, she is just suspicious the way she is. No wonder now that Conan won't tell her who he is. Ran is too naive and too innocent(?) to act like an actress. But, again, only the fingerprints can be the absolute proof of Conan's true identity and the time to make him face the fact that his fingerprints are the same as Shinichi's is coming nearer I think. I hope. And this draws us slowly, ve~ry slowly to the end.
