We've seen that "pressure" explicitly triggered by Vermouth. A bit less explicitly it appears {anime hasn't gotten to Ikkaku Rock yet}

Okiya triggers it, though that could be Aoyama playing games trying to get folks to jump to conclusions from Haibara's vague thoughts. Since Haibara spent the whole story trying to figure out whether that "pressure" she felt during the previous arson investigation was from Okiya, it would be a nasty trick if she weren't actually confirming that she felt that "pressure" from him at the end.

She's been shocked to see Shuuichi, but we don't know if she really feels that "pressure" from him.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that he worked alongside her when he was undercover in the organization.  That's if the translation during the "Clash of Black & Red" story is right.  Since it's explained that Shuuichi worked with Akemi's scientist sister when he was in the organization.
