Already 3 suspicion arcs and now will this become the 4th?? Honestly if Ran hasn't figured it out.. It's not something that happens in you everyday life a 17 year old turning into 7 year old.. It's not something Ran would accept.. Well if in the 4th she dosen't figure it out then she would just be considered dunce.. To all Shinran and Ran fans...It's my thought so please don't pounce on me..

But I really REALLY doubt this will be a "suspicion" file.  Most likely the Kazuha/Heijiness of the situation will distract her long enough xD.  If she were to have suspicion (like I bet she did at the Shiragami chapter) I really doubt she'll act on it (unfortunately).
