Well, almost everyone's likeable given their quirks.
Loaded Sonoko and her 'ikemen' hunt; how she dislikes the arrogant Shinichi yet supports Ran anyway (e.g. calling her 'wife', sending that special sexy shot, cheering in karate matches); most times, proud and a very few times, envious of her friend.
Kogoro, his vices and his drooling over Yoko-chan! The Black Wings of Icarus scene in which he was swaying to the concert in the background cracked me up.
Vermouth is deep, if you know what i mean.
Chianti is all about killing rampage. (A good match for Ladd Russo of Baccano!)
Genta and his insatiable unajuu craving
Setting Conan aside, my favorite character would be Yukiko. She's fun. End of story.
