I guess the last BO case was a cliff hanger since there were some mysteries unsolved. But I guess that's for something BIG in the future. Who knows? The next BO case might be a development.Introuble wrote:The mystery wasn't bad at all, I just hated to see Chianti act retarded (despite the fact that she is retarded) by putting her sniper rifle out of the window the entire time. Now, I know she didn't have a choice, she HAD to snipe from that building, it was the only way but still, couldn't she have kept her rifle behind the window at least? Also, I found it stupid how no one aside from Okiya, failed to notice an exposed sniper directly across their building. I mean, I know this is anime and it isn't supposed to be real or anything but this the BO were talking about. I love these guys... The mystery was okay, and majority of the Bo scenes were nicely done especially when Scar Akai passed Camel in the washroom (Jodie chasing Shu seemed a bit off though, looked better in the manga) I expected more from a BO case with the heading "A rapid development in the men and black series". I never said that the mystery was horrible, I mean't that it was a horrible BO case. I had a problem with the OCC BO action in it. Sorry if I mixed you guys up. Anyway, imo, this bo case was horrible when compared to the previous ones. And yes, when it comes to the BO, my expectations are always fixed at high standards.Chekhov MacGuffin wrote: All this red T-shirts case bashing. It wasn't that bad of a case, a tad easy, but all the clues fell into place, and there was only one clue on a ridiculous level: the red shoulder smudge which we had to figure out was lipstick and meant the bomber rode the train and that the bombs were not real although the steaming bombs gave it away. The BO presence in the case was great for theory busting. It ruled out scar Akai being anyone we had seen before and gave some background on him. It also pointed out some serious future complications Conan may have to face, like scar Akai knowing Kogoro's phone number offhand. But yeah, nothing happened in terms of the other BO members except Chianti freaking out.
Note to anyone reading this looking for London case solution theories: go back three pages and scroll down and keep reading from there.
With regards to the London arc, I find it interesting though it's too long. London is one of the countries that I wanted to visit and Gosho gave me a glimpse of it. The time that this arc commenced, I've learned that there are egg-shaped and cucumber-shaped buildings in London. And the Sherlock Holmes reference, they're fantastic. It may be a bit boring as of now for the others, but if the ending will be satisfying, I guess they would retract their words.
