If Conan finds out who it is and can get close without him noticing, he could maybe zap him with the stun watch…

I know, I know. That's really stretching it.
I was thinking this too. Knowing Gosho's deep comprehension of English, it's totally possible.
I figured it was referring to "hang time".
Omg, that's SO right~!! Very clever, GinRei~!! :D Now we know how Conan will find the culprit~!!

I don´t know, but I expected something else from this case.
Yeah, I've the same feeling. At the beginning I was like "YEY~!! London Case with some psychopath and mass massacre~!!! And there's Shinichi~!! SOOOO COOL~!!!". But when Shinichi turned back to Conan, and solving the riddle was so SLOW... I lost my excitement. :/ Right now I just want to see the end and secret ShinRan moment to judge if it's awful case or awful case with REAL ShinRan development. :P

That would be the easiest way to defeat Hades, but won't you be disappointed? I think it's the most boring way too.

Yeah, me too. :( That's why we should stop dreaming and just wait for the resolution. Less dreams, less crushed hopes. Till now this case it's boring, unrealistic and annoying, but I still hope that Gosho will recompense our waiting, nerves and disappointment. Don't know how, but I hope the ending of the case will erase my bad feelings about this case.

The few unrealistic elements put aside, I think this is a great case. Much better than the Red Shirts one which was awful, didn't answer anything and which people seem to like just because the BO showed up one page every chapter.  :|

Gosho stated quite some time ago about a "London Arc" which would spark some development into the ShinRan relationship. So I doubt if he's running out of ideas (for this case at least), especially since this was planned out a long time ago.

Next, Gosho rushed the first couple of files of this case, which means that he knew how long this file was going to take and therefore took the means of rushing it's beggining. Now, I don't know about you guys but despite all the talk coming from the latest chapters, I love this arc! Everything has been interesting so far despite the fact that it's been a bit dragged. But I do think that Conan should've stayed in Shinichi's form a bit longer. I'm enjoying this case a lot, especially since everything has been interesting so far with the unique background of Hades Sabara, Shinichi's appearance, the introduction of 2 interesting characters namely Minerva and Apollo, the fact that were here in London and the interesting plot this case brings to us which shows a lot of promise (I love the witty remarks between Conan and Minerva). I don't know about you guys, but I have high hopes for this case. Everything has been well paced, and for a case with so much talk, it's been so much interesting at the same time. I just hope this case won't end up like our previous BO mini arc which was HORRIBLE. Good mysteries don't require action or romance in them to be interesting and it seems that it's the action/romance that you guys (Red Poppy and others) are focusing on. This is a mystery anime guys and from the looks of it, I'm enjoying this case so much more than the previous New York case. While action helps a lot, let's not get our hopes up on it people, unless they're BO episodes. Which are soooo suspenseful and exciting, with the exception of the last one of course. I too was disappointed with the whole "A Major Case" heading, but hey, this arc is amazing so far, just not as good as I thought it was going to be. Again, gripping dialouges, interesting scenarios, lovable characters and a well thought plot make up great mysteries, and while adding a pinch of action/romance may help, it isn't necessary. I know a lot of you are disappointed, especially with Gosho's exaggerated "heading" to start this entire arc but let's be realistic, this arc is great so far.

I'm still pissed off about Gosho's "Rapid development in the Men in Black series" statement in the last BO Arc. I hope this "A Major case and a must see for all fans" statement is different. And lastly, Gosho went all the way to London just to prepare for this new file. Now, if he were to do all of this, for a stupid boring case as you guys say, doesn't that sound a little stupid to you guys at all?

All this red T-shirts case bashing. It wasn't that bad of a case, a tad easy, but all the clues fell into place, and there was only one clue on a ridiculous level: the red shoulder smudge which we had to figure out was lipstick and meant the bomber rode the train and that the bombs were not real although the steaming bombs gave it away. The BO presence in the case was great for theory busting. It ruled out scar Akai being anyone we had seen before and gave some background on him. It also pointed out some serious future complications Conan may have to face, like scar Akai knowing Kogoro's phone number offhand. But yeah, nothing happened in terms of the other BO members except Chianti freaking out.

Note to anyone reading this looking for London case solution theories: go back three pages and scroll down and keep reading from there.

I don't have a problem with this case, but I just hope that Gosho doesn't consider this "story development" as a substitute for a B.O. appearance (which didn't happen for more than a year now). I certainly hope they will appear in the winter (new year) instead of in the next summer, because that would be mean.

the people complaining about the red shirt case are crazy. Chekhov gave the specific reasons why you're wrong but in general it was the perfect way to continue the current BO arc in almost every POSSIBLE way and included at least one other interesting element with Kogoro's unexpected awesome after the case was solved.

You are - sadly - right. Well, London case starts to bore me, never liked tennis that much anyway, soccer cases are better in DC. XDDD

FIFY. You're talking about the UK, use the proper terminology XD

The London case is keeping my interest largely because I keep thinking "It's getting so long, something really major and important must be happening soon..." It bloody well better.

I rather enjoy the London case. The tennis aspect is different, which is nice. While I think football (soccer) or baseball fit better in the DC world, tennis is a nice change of pace.
My personal annoyance with the case is the abrupt end to the whole Ran/Sinichi love scenario. Gosho simply sidestepped the whole subject in the following case by having Sinichi revert back into Conan.
The case however unrealistic is good. I'm a Homles fan so whenever Conan Doyle's work is mentioned it pleases me. I think Gosho is tackling too many ideas in this arc that are not being sufficiently answered. Hopefully in the next file or two they will be properly answered and start an exciting chapter into the DC universe.
It has long been an axiom of mine that the little things are infinitely the most important.

The mystery wasn't bad at all, I just hated to see Chianti act retarded (despite the fact that she is retarded) by putting her sniper rifle out of the window the entire time. Now, I know she didn't have a choice, she HAD to snipe from that building, it was the only way but still, couldn't she have kept her rifle behind the window at least? Also, I found it stupid how no one aside from Okiya, failed to notice an exposed sniper directly across their building. I mean, I know this is anime and it isn't supposed to be real or anything but this the BO were talking about. I love these guys... The mystery was okay, and majority of the Bo scenes were nicely done especially when Scar Akai passed Camel in the washroom (Jodie chasing Shu seemed a bit off though, looked better in the manga) I expected more from a BO case with the heading "A rapid development in the men and black series". I never said that the mystery was horrible, I mean't that it was a horrible BO case. I had a problem with the OCC BO action in it. Sorry if I mixed you guys up. Anyway, in my opnion, this bo case was horrible when compared to the previous ones. And yes, when it comes to the BO, my expectations are always fixed at high standards.
