Worst way any vitcim in DC died?
Out of all the deaths in the DC series, what did you guys think were the most painful or terrifying ways any of the victims died?
Mine have to be:
1. The original roller coaster decapitation from volume 1.
2. Volume 8-Falling 19 stories and being impaled on a statue.
3. The potter case from Vols. 16-17 always slightly freaked me out. Imagine waking up and realizing you're about to be hung.
What about you guys?

We had a thread like this before. I still say the "Glove of sadness" case. The culprit really made the two victims squirm before they met their demise. She also gave them a false hope, a "if you try hard enough then you won't die". But of course we know she didn't plan to spare them in the first place.
There was that one case on the ski lodge where the professor was tied up, gagged, and stabbed in the ribs so he'll die slowly and painfully. Can't recall the exact case name off the top of my head (the one with the Shogi).
There was also that scene in the movie where the culprit put Sonoko in the freezer box (I think the one they put dead people?) and was going to leave her to slowly freeze/sufficate to death.

Now if more people said the word lung then I'll remember. (unfortunately that will probably be in Kin)

Which case was the glove of sadness case? Based off the magna or an anime original?

I'm talking about the case that happened when Eisuke had go to a mansion to look for his birth information. It was in the anime and the manga, sorry if the title confused you, I just kinda name it off the top of my head xD. I believe that's one of the chapter names for that case in the manga.Brekclub85 wrote:kirite wrote: We had a thread like this before. I still say the "Glove of sadness" case. I don't remember the manga chapter set for that case, but I believe the case occured in the anime episodes "Clash of Red and Black: Exclamation" and "Clash of Red and Black: Hades".kirite wrote:Brekclub85 wrote:I'm talking about the case that happened when Eisuke had go to a mansion to look for his birth information. I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.
The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

the first case. Seriously, not only did the victim get his head chopped off, it looked like he was evolving into Butterfree.

I pick the first case too. I mean, you just go on a ride and chop! It probably didn't hurt much, but still. >.<
And there was the museum case in volume 4. That was a big OoO too.

I looked it up, the "Glove of Sadness" case was from volume 57. I'm surprised that a murder like that occurred at this point, I felt the series got less violent as it went on.

The one from the beginning of Clash, with the pool. That was brutal, cause the guy had no chance at all.

The Mountain Villa Murder Case. Seriously, not only is her body in PIECES, the body parts help the culprit disguise himself AND help him with the alibi! THAT'S JUST PLAIN CRUEL!!!!
And the first case; obviously.... That just goes without saying.....

Butterfree identified enemy Serial Killer. XD
Nothing in Detective Conan can compare to the Manson Murders though...

Re: Worst way any vitcim in DC died?
I saw it a long time ago, and I don't remember where it was exactly.
It was in a bathroom, when an older sister killed her younger sister, because of a misunderstanding. And her younger sister knew she will die. And her hand was in the tub full with blood. I remember that much.
And the other, when a woman killed her boss, and then she killed herself, and after that her co-worker want to take the blame (or how should I say), because he loved her.
