Why do you people insist on spoiling the one thing that makes this show what it is...? The MYSTERY! You know that is what Detective Conan is... right? So why spoil the mystery for yourself?! It takes the point away from watching it (or reading it)! DC is not an action show, it has action in it, but it really sucks as a stand-alone action show.... If someone could logically explain the thought process to me, I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Let me quote someone I know
"People are stupid"
Well, I'm stupid, so it doesn't matter much to me. Plus, I'm only fifteen, but that means NOTHING.

Kyuu, while I can't speak for anyone else, if you want to know why I spoiled myself it is because I wanted to see if my deductions about the plot of the movie based on the previews were correct. I decided that I wouldn't regret it either because if I didn't want to potentially spoil myself, I wouldn't have tried guessing the plot in the first place since I normally don't do too badly at it. True, I could wait for the subbed movie to be out in like 5 to 6 months or so (or however long it takes) but I'm impatient. I also have a terrible memory so I will probably forget the details of who committed the crime and the clues used to tie them to it by then.
Spoilers have a way of clawing their way to your eyes regardless of how cautious you are on forums and chatrooms and agonizing over whether or not to read a discussion because I might get spoiled is annoying. If I cared that much I would stop visiting DCTP. Finally, reading about the movie and seeing the movie are two different things.
Perhaps it would be different if I could be as patient as you are Kyuu.
If I understood correctly the official site for the movie, I thin it said it qould be aired on TV, like they did with the other movies, and I think it was scheduled on April 19th. So far, I haven't heard any mention of it, and that has lead me to the question if I misunderstood the official website.
If anyone could clarifiy this to me, I'd ve more relieved to clear up this idea of mine.
My respects to all the DCTP Staff, and, especially, to Jd- Sama and his Pandas.

Spimer.
That was about movie 12, it aired on TV on the 19th, in HD too! (Hence the comment on the dctp homepage about a M12 HD coming soon)

Im feelin the same. Personally, i feel that BO movies aren't mysteries since i already know who the BO is. I really felt Irish was a mystery, but really the BO are just "kill, kill" as a whole, so if I know the BOs involved, then I know who did all the killing. Also, reading is different from watching, I discovered that with the manga and anime. The manga stresses points that the anime doesn't always bring attention to, and sometimes the anime brings attention to things the manga doesn't. So, I know the movie will be have to be seen for me to have a clear idea of it....
