I somehow think Kogoro is being stupid on purpose.

Hmm...that's possible. He HAS had moments where he says something that's actually intelligent, but covers it up (differently than Conan) if that's the way you look at it. It's hard to tell, though, because there's only so long someone can keep up the 'stupid' act and still get away with it.

I bet Conan will have to visit Paris before going back home (I really hope Haibara will make that trip with him). Maybe that's why Ran is the focus of the london arc, to give her justice before letting her go back to Japan. Here's a plot key , Agasa visits Fusae in Paris to see her breakthrough fashion line, and he wants to take Conan along...for a very specific reason, case or BO related

Looks like she's losing the tennis match on purpose...
Can it be another hostage situation like what happened to Hyde on the early volumes ? The culprit(s) might hold someone close to her as hostage and threaten her to forfeit / lost the match.. The bombs might as well just a diversion for this real intention.

They really didn't think about ANYTHING since the last evening when they finally got the word "Saturn"?! In file 748 it's already Saturday, almost 2 PM and they're talking about the code with Agasa and Conan that late?! -_-'' Weird... Anyway, Kogoro's idea really surprised me, but it's even nice that Gosho gave him more important role in the investigation (but he made him silly again with "balloon"...).
Another funny thing - Shinichi told Ran that he's busy with other case, so he won't help them anymore - that's so unlike him, even Ran looks a bit ashamed that Shinichi left them when the situation is so critical. This made me think that Shinichi will appear again (if he doesn't, he will look like a coward), but I don't know how. How to get extra pill? How to get in the real stadium?
I wonder what kind of message Minerva got - that Hades told her to lose or to win the match? Minerva looks really nervous, she even begged Holmes for help, so maybe it's about winning the match??
And I don't know where Hades could put the bombs?? He wants to blow up the whole Wimbledon or Minerva only?? So many questions! Can't wait for the new file!

Ran says that her serves keep going into the net and she's down three points (well, I'm seeing love-40 if I got my tennis right) so it's am obvious throwing of the game/cry for help...
