As for me Irene Adler = Shiho Miyano, therefor i stay with Shiho as the Mysterious woman though it´s unlikely.

Though I would be shock if the mysterious gal is Miyano Shiho as the new babe looks quite hot.

I think he's referring to Minerva. Mysterious woman isn't all that hot. I think her demeanor isn't like Shiho at all. Either Juno or Yukiko, but Elena isn't completely impossible either.

This is Ran and Kogoro.  They usually don't realize these sorts of things until after the fact, especially when their minds are on something else.

And for the topic question, she might be very well the culprit accomplice..

I don't think an accomplice would help adults find the clues. Also, there isn't any evidence that Hestia would understand Japanese like mystery lady does. We don't know if Hades has Japanese connections either.

After reading the latest file, we can be sure that the mysterious woman knows Japanese. Ran and others were talking in Japanese, Apollo told Ran to search some Holmes clue and suddenly the mysterious woman said: "Could this be it?", so she understood what they were saying. I don't know why Hestia would help them to solve the case. Maybe she gave them fake hint, or she knew that they will find the clue anyway, so she used opportunity to hear their conversation, checking if they were on the right way to solve the riddle. Or the mysterious woman is Yukiko who was sent by Yusaku to check Shinichi's investigation...
I think that Hades may know Japanese, too. Look at the last scene. Nobody said the word "Saturn" in English, only Conan through the phone, so Hades couldn't hear him. They talked about the code in Japanese, so why Hades would know if they have solved the code or not?? Only explanation - he knows Japanese and he understood the whole conversation. Btw Gosho would like to make every character fluent in Japanese... -_-''
