About the keyboard thing, since I come from Canada, the computers come with a language bar that allows one to switch between US, French and Canada multilingual setting on the keyboard (not that I know how to use the latter two). When I accidentally switch to the French/Canada multilingual keyboard, the apostrophe turns into the one that Akonyl and Det. Tommy can't type normally.
