I found the coin and took a look at it (she gave me two).
It was actually this (the liberty head).
And it says on the coin "twenty dollars"
Apparently, it's really made of gold.

Sacajawea dollars are the only form of currency (at least in America) where when you give one to someone, they'll go "aw, man"
