Best story ARC....

because this arc was exciting and it was with akai...

Best arc in anime would be Clash. There was a lot of Black Organization action, and Akai’s fake death happened there was lots of suspense.

Best arc in the manga was the Kudo Shinichi Return. They ruined it in the anime, but in the manga is was all swell. There was the comedy of Hattori Heiji and Shinichi was wearing Hattori’s hat. It was cute.

Character Development, with Dark Contact as a close second.

It's a good arc. It's very mysterious, has you believing Jodie is Vermouth, etc. "Character Development" isn't really the most appropriate name for it...that title should belong to early episodes like 1-12, 27-28, 34-35, 48-50, 57-58, 68-70, 77-78, 96 and 118.

Dark Contact Story Arc or Clash of Red and Black but more Dark Contact.

I like it because of the mostly appearence of the Black Organization and of course the suspence and action and of course episode 345  where my dear Vermouth appears.

I liked the Character Development arc too! Dark Contact is my second favorite, especially the Dark Footprint story, but I thought a lot of the suspense in CD episodes carried over well from the manga to the anime.
