I don't think Haibara will take the antidote and take the plane for London, just to watch over Shinichi,considering she will in danger if she expose herself as Shiho....too much risks for her
It would be good if she was trying to figure out Okiya's identity,instead of staying with Ayumi...I don't like it when Gosho try to erase Haibara when an important long serie takes place

And I think she wouldn't come to England just because it's way too dangerous for her to travel as Shiho. And I can't imagine her wearing something like that woman. Even as a disguise D:
