Anyway: Shiho? That's a new one. I've heard Yukiko, Vermouth, and Elena, but I'd never thought of Shiho. It would certainly explain her smile, but she doesn't have an excuse for being in London. And why would she have taken the antidote?

Possible theory:

It's Vermotuh, if she is Verumoth, this means this is a B.O related.
It's Shiho, disguised as someone else with help of Conan's mother possibly being Yukiko in the travels.
It's her mother, very very unoriginal though.

LOLXD so true...well,Shinichi said himself that Ran is very sensitive so I guess she cried many times in front of him,before he became conan...
At least in this file she cried for a good reason...but crying because she yelled at Shinichi was stupid

But it did turn out that way. Shinichi took the antidote without considering that any subsequent antidote's effectiveness will be reduced and he will be Shinichi for less time. How is he going to make if through the flight and Japanese customs without some serious help? His parents will have to get a private plane or something like that so he only has to take the time necessary to clear customs.

If I understood Ai correctly, then the antidote works for 24h, unless too little time has passed since he last took it.

Yusaku has already said that he has some friends in high places (Interpol=Lyon) that could help him smuggle Shinichi out of the country, so that's another possibility. We can be fairly sure, that Ai didn't give Agasa any spare pills, which is quite weird. She should know Shinichi better than that.
