I hope it's not Yukiko. I wouldn't matter Yukiko showing up, and the woman is wearing exactly the same sort of "disguise" that she wore on the train case, but I'd be glad if the answer was somewhat less predictable.
Also, it seems the Big Ben did have something to do with the case. It's a shame I can't read chinese, though.

This chapter proves that Shinichi/Conan is an idiot ::)
Spoiler:
I do wonder who is the mysterious woman. If the hair was different, I would even think about Misa Kinoshita (I hope I remember her name right >.< Agasa's first love). Also, something about that smile makes me doubt it'll be Yukiko. Shino or Vermouth maybe...
Spoiler:
Fusae ? Not only this would serve as exciting plot twist, but with her appearance we will be saving a lot of times compared with having Agasa love cases (conclusion)...

Shinichi tells Ran that he was Conan, possibly not now but future maybe, since Ranma hid his woman form to his mom, but eventually his mom knows it from Ranma, then the ending is coming in the next few chapters as the final long battle.
It's weird but I think I was the first one to mention Big Ben by spelling it wrong... and a now everybody's on it
Shinichi, Screwing up??? who woulda thunk???
Actually...
Spoiler:
You weren't. Dus mentioned it first, here. It was then discussed for much of the rest of the page. That was about 3 days before you mentioned Big Bang Ben.

Actually, Chekhov mentioned it a week before that. It's a fairly obvious choice if a case is set in London anyway, that's why I had dismissed it almost right away. Otherwise I would indeed have been the first to mention it.
Maybe the whole thing is over within an hour? Then it would start with Big Ben's chime and end with the next.
Spoiler:
And why the hell would Eri be in disguise?
