Not really that uncommon to have the opposite gender of a character do the said characters voice, I would think this is more true with a young character.

True, true. This is not the first time that I've heard a boy character having a girl's voice. Its just that I'm used to hearing Conan having a boyish voice. Every DC dub (Filipino, English, Japanese) gave him a boyish voice. Anyway, thanks for clarifying things Penguinfan
