Also, I have all my spar spots complete but you can add Tokiko and pauchan7. Post here or tell me somewhere to know you have added them and I will do the same
This is the speed content guide http://bvs.wikidot.com/guide:speed-content but I think it's a bit complicated for newbies and a complete spoiler if you like to discover things by yourselves. Also, the individual guides are more complete like the article says. A good thing of the wiki though is to check the potions you can make in the workshop for stamina and other things.
