Well, I haven't read ALL 24 PAGES of this thread but...
Spoiler:
For one, I don't think that Shiho would want to risk having the B.O. catch her because they're somehow monitoring air travel and picked up on her passport...but I wouldn't pull it past Goushou-san to pull another Deus Ex Machina...

Secondly, I think that it's inevitable that Shinichi will somehow screw up the pill situation...especially since Haibara SPECIFICALLY warned him to obey everything she said.

As for the man's riddle, I'll be grasping at straws. He called it his "book of Revelations", alluding to the final book of the bible, I presume. The most popular piece of this story is that of the Four Horsemen. The Four Horsemen is also a potent drink containing Bourbon as one of the four alcohols. The actual wording makes no sense to me though... Not to mention that there is a major "7" theme (if we think back to "Nanatsu No Ko") so maybe the B.O. IS involved?
Spoiler:
Also, does anyone think that it's funny that the plot may have something to do with tennis and the cat's name was Venus? :P

There's a seven theme in this arc? Where?
Spoiler:
Piercing a white back with two swords made me think, that the victim will be impaled on a statue with two swords. Is there one in London?

Not only that.
Spoiler:
The tennis player here is named Minerva and the little kid is called Apollo. They are all Roman gods&godesses including Venus. Maybe that lady with the cat has a relation to the kids? Like she is there auntie or whatever?
As for the code...
Spoiler:
maybe we get more clues from this file, unil then one thing has caught my attention, that is the "piercing a white back with two swords" part. There is a Tarot card named "Two of swords" and it has a blindfolded lady in white on it. To support this idea, an internet article says: "the suit of swords deals with logic and the use of the intellect" and so on. I thought this might be interesting.

Diana Kingston fits into your pattern.

I think you are on to something. Minerva "Athena" Glass better be watching her back. Edit: forgot this point earlier but Athena is the goddess of wisdom.

And where did you read that? I wanna read it too~! · · · "I've got you" doesn't sound like something that a father would say, sounds like a kidnapper catching the kidnapped person (if that makes sence)

Mh... don't know why, but a couple of parts of the message seem more clear to me after reading the idle comments from the characters.
Spoiler:
Don't you think that "the castle" and "the bell", might be referring to the Big Ben? That seems pretty predictable. Also the "two swords piercing the white back" might be referring to the two hands of the clock, probably pointing somewhat downwards. The Big Ben is the tallest tower of Westminster Palace, if I'm not wrong, and its actual name is St. Stephen's Tower.

You can read about St. Stephen here, if you like:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Stephen

Also, it would be weird to make a riddle related to its japanese translation, but the word "enough" from the pickle sentence can also be read as "10 minutes".

Spoiler:
I had already dismissed Big Ben (because it seemed to straight forward) when I learned about the two swords, but that definitely seems more than plausible. But I don't think, someone will be impaled by the clock's hands. I think this is just meant to indicate the time.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I also thought of the Big Ben, because of the mention of a castle, which could be the Palace of Palace, and the "long nose" might be referring to the tower itself. Though the other tower (the Victoria tower) seems to be taller than St. Stephens.

But the Victoria Tower isn't a clock tower. Do you think Conan's interpretation of the pickle, egg a.s.o. is correct?

Darn, I was hoping the file would get into the good stuff. I'm so anxious to know what place will be targeted!

When I was thinking of alarm clock and boiled egg, I was thinking of breakfast....

It might be a restaurant next to a clock tower, or a clock tower restaurant....
