Has anyone ever spotted Arsene Lupin in "Doraemon" by Fujiko Fujio back then?
I thought he should look more like Kaito KID. After all, KID was modeled after him.
The only thing to make this even better... Throw Kaito Kid in there.
To make it beyond epic.... Have Kaito Kid impersonate Shinichi, caught and seized by Ran... Then Aoko comes looking for Kaito Kuroba, spots Ran and him, and insanity ensues while conan gets pulled into the conflict, and Lupin III makes off with the jewel....
As much as I am happy to hear this news, I feel that it is going to be similar to Conan Vs Kid episodes. Nothing new.
Bu Conan Vs Kid are always appreciated.

Ratings gimmick canon dubious anime filler or not, it'll probably be one of the most interesting things to see subbed out of all the Conan anime, so I'll take your enthusiasm for it to be a good thing.
I assume DCTP will be doing this. funimation might even dub it since they have the DC license and genons lupin the third license. this could be better then the frist ova

it is (probably) one of the most popular anime ever, and also really awesome
so yeah, the current 3rd most popular anime and one of the most popular anime ever crossover is kinda of a huge deal (of course we can hope that it isn't as dissapointing as the Sonic and Mario crossovers)

I dunno though.. The only time I've ever seen any Lupin wsa on [adult swim] back in the day, and I didn't really undersand it that well. I'll have to give it another go. Read up on it the other day, kinda reminded me of the book series Artemis Fowl. Obviously its not an anime/manga, but it was a good series, and if Lupin is similar, then that'll be righteous
nice to know, that someone else knows and likes kindaichi, I am actually working on translating it into English. I really want to play the conan kindaichi game two it looks like a lot of fun.

Well as Conan is based in Japan and the WORLD comes to Japan for Conan, were there any Lupim Episodes based in Japan? Lupin coming to Japan is further proof that for Conan, the world come to japan!
