I have a level 59 Blissey with an HP of 500 I think. :X or 57 I can't remember.

But Blissey's max attack, defense and speed all suck.
So the only good thing is her HP.

I don't think I've ever actually had a Blissey. I don't like Chansey that much anyway and only got it for pokedex filling purposes and never got around to evolving it.
