I remember reading a theory I agreed with, Ran knows that Conan is Shinichi, but she only knows this subconsciously and isn't aware of it to some degree, which is why she's started to rely on Conan's thoughts on cases as if they were Shinichi's. I mean she's suspected him like five times, I can't help but think that has left he with some change in perception about Conan, even if she doesn't know about it.

It's coming; Gosho has been hinting. The "Shinichi's fingerprints on Heiji's omamori" thing has come up twice now. More fuel may be added to that in the current manga case (The London Case). Couple that with the simultaneous, similar situation with Jodie and Akai's/not Akai's prints on Conan's cellphone, and it becomes easy to suspect that both of these points are going to come to a head at the climax of the Bourbon arc. I just hope this will imply that Heiji is going to lend a hand at the peak of the Bourbon arc like he did in the Vermouth case, if only so he will be around to be interrogated by Ran.

Yeah, I only hope that Gosho won't use the same trick He used to trick Jodie about Akai's fingerprints in Conan's Cellphone to trick Ran about Shinichi's fingerprints in the omamori .... After all She might want to compare the fingerprints in the Omamori with the ones in his Cellphone, but Agasa-Hakase's cellphone is equal to his so He can exchange them and trick her .... Let's hope Gosho won't do that.

I also think that.
Adding to that, she's in a conflict too. Since she already confronted him about being Shinichi. But he denied. So for her it would mean, that Conan is not shinichi or that he's shinichi and can't tell her that (for whatever reason, she wouldn't know, just that it is probably something dangerous)

So in both cases, she shouldn't know or pretend to not know that Conan = Shinichi

It's true that she wants him to tell himself. This was shown when conan was shot and he talked with Heiji and Haibara in the hospital. He wondered why Ran wouldn't say anything although she knows. And one of them said to him that Ran wants him (shinichi) to tell her himself.
