oh, whoops, I'm sorry, I thought it was some sort of name change for the characters of DC in another country. My sincere apologies, I really don't know any of those voice actors.
I maintain that Johnny Bosch is an overrated VA, and he shouldn't even be thought of for anyone in Conan except maybe Hakuba.
Also, what in your head makes you think Vic would be a good Eisuke? Eisuke is a purse away from being a chick, whereas Vic is one of the biggest mother fuckers you'll ever meet that isn't in professional sports.
A lot of these people I either can't recall how they sound, or never heard of them so I can't comment. However, how can you cast someone as Bourbon when we don't even know who the hell he is? We aren't even positive that Bourbon is male!
I think Vic has a silly voice, and can sound just like a kid (Ed Elric?)
